EARTHDAY with JAH SHAKA SOUND in session in association with Black Film
Makers providing cultural sound and vision with some rare sreenings.
Check out the film THE EMPERORS BIRTHDAY (director John Dollar) - suitable
for the occasion! as it documents moments of the rise and life of Emperor
Haile Selassie I. The second film to feature is LOOK FOR ME IN THE WHIRLWIND
(Director Stanley Nelson) an uncompromising and powerful documentary on
MARCUS GARVEY - Jamaican born nationlist and influential black leader.

Films showing downstairs at THE ROCKET at 10.30pm prompt and the dance with
the KING OF DUB - the MIGHTY ZULU WARRIOR - upstairs, till morning!
