On Weds, 14 April from 7-11pm, the Music Addict presents a new evening
called "Dub Me Always," at the Ritzy Cafe, upstairs at the Ritzy cinema
in Brixton. Excpect beautiful dubs and invigorating reggae, plus
special sneak previews of unreleased material from dj David Katz, author
of People Funny Boy: The Genius of Lee Scratch Perry and Solid
Foundation: An Oral History of Reggae, the creative consultant to
Auralux Recordings. Free entry. There will be a unique slide show with
images of Jamaica and a friendly atmosphere. It's the perfect warm-up
for those of you that will be attending David Rodigan's event at the
Mass later on.
Bring a friend and spread the word. Show your support on this first
evening, as this could become a regular, fortnightly event.
