Catch A Fire at Brixton's Ritzy Cinema on the first Sunday of every month brings together the best in reggae on the decks from Zinc Fence with the best live reggae acts around.

We're proud to announce that on Sunday April 2nd, Catch A Fire will feature the legendary El Crisis, massive on the international performance scene, with recent performances in New York, Philadelphia, Amsterdam, Norway and Poland.. He has performed alongside Lee 'Scratch' Perry, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Muta Baruka, Jean Binta Breeze and many more. Until you've seen El Crisis in action, you've not experienced the full power of the spoken word.

Its vibration, drum and bassline tells the story of the African Redemption from the continent and throughout the Diaspora.' On April 2nd, he will be spitting his lyrics in a reggae style, acapella and over raw rhythms from the decks, especially for this event. Do not miss!
